All the Decvin Laboratories Pvt Ltd products ordered can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Under the following circumstances, the product shall not be eligible for a refund:
- If the product has been opened, partially used, or disfigured. The user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of delivery.
- If the product is adulterated.
- If the product’s packaging and/or packaging box and/or packaging seal is tempered.
- If non-returnable is mentioned on the product detail page.
- Supplied accessories/freebies with the product are missing.
- If the product does not have a serial number / UPC number/ barcode affixed at the time of the delivery.
- Any damage/defect to the product which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- If the product is damaged due to misuse.
