Toxin Binder fortified with Sodium Formate
Mannan Oligosaccharide (MOS), a prebiotic, decreases the load of pathogenic bacteria through 1) binding bacterial type-1 fimbriae 2) increasing goblet cells which produce bactericidal mucin and 3) providing favorable environment for the growth of beneficial bacteria leading to competitive exclusion.
HSCAS (Zeolite powder) binds aflatoxins with high affinity and capacity in the gastrointestinal tract. HSCAS thus prevents the uptake and distribution of aflatoxins to target organs.
Activated Charcoal adsorbs and removes certain poisons, heavy metals, chemicals, and intestinal gases from the bird’s gastrointestinal tract. Activated charcoal has a very fine particle size, which increases the overall surface area and adsorptive capacity of charcoal.
Antioxidants are included in poultry feed as protection from deterioration during storage. Oxidative stress plays a major role in many degenerative pathologies and free radical formation.
